  • FWX Company has scheduled to move the hardware server containing EDEX1 (FWX Customer Server) and THN-UP2 (THN Operations EDEX for CONUS). This will take place tomorrow October 17th, 2018 at 9:00 PM EDT. This process will take around about three hours at max to be completed. 

     

    This will affect FWX customers as well as The Hurricane Network product generation for Atlantic operations. Customers have been notified of the planned outage and The Hurricane Network's Central Pacific Center will provide service backup to THN New York until the services are restored. 

     

    This scheduled downtime is subject to change in the event the operations level is raised for a short-fused event (severe storms and tsunamis).

  • We are aware of an outage of USPLN, we are having upstream issues with USPLN/WSI. We should have an update by mid-morning/early-afternoon tomorrow.
