Refund Policy

Due to the nature of services FWX Company provides, FWX Company usually does not provide refunds unless one of the following conditions are met: 

  1. A significant downtime occurs for more than 72 hours after activation of subscription.
  2. Error in payment processing or unauthorized transactions. 
A customer has up to 10 days to request a refund for these two reasons, after this period we will no longer accept refund. 

In the event of service issues, FWX Company will provide account credits for the inconvenience.
